Call for Papers

Submission of Abstracts
You are welcome to submit an abstract by e-mail or fax before February 10 January 31, 2004.
The Abstract should cover the title, results and conclusion. Also necessary contact information about authors is expected.

Abstracts should contain about 200-400 words in English text, and include keywords and category.
All abstracts will be reviewed. Notification of acceptance will be sent by the beginning of February 2004 by e-mail or fax. Any persons having inquiries about the submission procedure are invited to contact the secretariat by e-mail, telephone or fax at their earliest convenience.

Submission of Final Papers
The final papers) should be from 2 (two) to 6 (six) pages (A4 size , 210 mm x 297 mm), including all figures, tables, and references.

All final papers should be submitted before Feb 28, 2004.
